Tanzania may be most well-known as the location of Mt. Kilimanjaro, the tallest mountain in Africa. But there is so much more to do here than just climb the mountain! Tanzania has a very strong national park system, including Serengeti National Park. This park is on a large migration path for wildebeests and zebras. You can take a safari to watch the thundering herds starting from the comfort of many of the destinations below. But there’s lots more to do than try to spy animals on safari. From huge mountains to white-sand beaches to pristine mountain lakes, Tanzania is one of the most unspoiled places on earth. While many of the destinations in Tanzania are quite expensive, the service is top notch.
