    Cancellations 

    • All requests for changes to bookings (including cancellations) must be given to us in writing.
    • We will not accept any changes or cancellations within 14 days of booking date, when all bookings will be final, non-refundable and non-transferrable.

    No refunds will be given if guests cancel due to inclement weather, but full refund if Creating Tracks NZ team cancel due to weather.

    Bookings

    • A 30% non-refundable deposit of the total accommodation cost is required to secure a booking, which will be confirmed in writing.  
    • The balance must be paid to us within 14 days of the booking date. 
    • There is a one night minimum stay.  
    • All credit card payments incur a 3% surcharge.


    Children: Welcome.
    Pets: Not allowed.

Creating Tracks NZ offers 5 different exclusive locations to satisfy everyones desires in and around the amazing mountains of the southern lakes area. The luxury bell tent accommodation is only one part of the experience, how you get there is the difference. By Helicopter, 4WD or Horse. From flying to the west coast to catch fresh cray fish and blue cod to enjoy for dinner, to gathering 100000yr old ice for your whiskey from a glacier. Anything is possible!
