    A deposit of 50% will confirm your reservation.

    Because of the small size, cancellations or rescheduling of dates affect us significantly. A last-minute cancellation or date change gives us little chance of filling the space due to our remote location. For these reasons we uphold a strict cancellation policy. Your deposit, less $100 per room booked, will be refunded if cancellation is made at least 60 days prior to arrival. After that, no refund is possible, for nonarrival or early departure. You are welcome to send someone else in your place.
