Lightweight, long-sleeved clothing with long pants, footwear for hiking, shoes or sandals you don’t mind getting sandy, muddy or wet.
Due to the size, cancellations affect the property significantly; therefore, the property adheres to a strict cancellation policy. Cancellations made at least 45 days prior to arrival will result in a refund of the deposit minus a $50.00 administration fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 45 days of arrival date. Any room night cancellations or shortening the length of stay within 45 days of arrival will result in being charged for those nights. The property highly recommends purchasing trip insurance in the event cancellation becomes necessary.

Little St. Simons Island is located just off the Georgia coast midway between Savannah, GA (SAV) and Jacksonville, FL (JAX). Daily commercial air service is available to those two cities as well as to Brunswick Golden Isles Airport (BQK) via daily jet service to/from Atlanta in nearby Brunswick, GA. If arriving by air, the property can assist with rental car and car service information.
The private boat departs from Hampton River Marina on the north end of St. Simons Island. By car, St. Simons Island is reached from I-95 via Georgia Exits 29 or 38.
