    Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival will result in a full refund of the rental fees paid less a $25 cancellation fee and the $35 non-refundable reservation fee. Cancellations made with less than 30 days’ notice, but at least 14 days prior to arrival date will result in the forfeiture of the rental deposit (security deposit plus 50% rental fee). Cancellations made with less than 14 days’ notice prior to the planned arrival date will result in a charge for the full rental charge.

From the center of Ellijay, travel west on Hwy52 five miles. Turn right on Gates Chapel Road and travel one mile. Turn right on Dover Falls Trail and travel 1.3 miles to the end of the road.
