Weather: Sorensen's is a four-season resort with all seasons represented at varying times of the year.
Larkspur & Lupine and Pinon each sleep up to two persons and include complimentary breakfast for two. Larkspur & Lupine are cozy and intimate. These two comfortable rooms make for perfect weekend getaways. Or, rent them jointly for friends or family gatherings. Small sitting area, shared full bathroom, and complimentary terry robes are offered during your stay.
Pinon is a charming cabin with queen bed, sitting area, gas log fireplace, and private bathroom with old fashioned tub.
Sierra House is a two-floor cabin with one bedroom downstairs and at the top of the stairs is a loft bedroom with queen bed.
Hope Valley House is a large, contemporary mountain home with front and back decks, two bedrooms, and allows pets.
Harmony House sits adjacent to the river with an upstairs and downstairs bedroom.
River House includes a hot tub on the deck, and is located by West Fork of the Carson River.
Diamond Valley House is seven miles southeast of the resort. This quiet retreat on a private road has two bedrooms and French country antique furniture, and pets are allowed.
All homes sleep up to six guests and have bathrooms, full kitchens and real beds.
Choose from a total of eight log cabins, two of which allow pets. There are real beds inside (double, queen, queen futon) with bedding and other furnishings and a full-size bathroom. All lodgings are housekeeping cabins, with daily service available upon request; and all are situated on the edge of Hope Valley, an incomparably scenic alpine setting ringed by aspens and criss-crossed by trout-filled rivers.
There are seven cabins that sleep up to two guests, two of which allow pets. Each one-room cabin has a queen bed, full kitchen and a bathroom with shower or tub.
Six out of the eight cabins sleep two to four guests in a one-bedroom with double beds, one of which has disability access and another of which allows pets.
The other two cabins--Log and Homestead--are two bedroom cabins, where guests sleep on queen beds. These cabins also have full kitchens and bathrooms with shower and tub and allow pets; one has disability access. They allow up to four people and two pets.
