Reservation and Cancellation Policy

If it is necessary to cancel a reservation, there will be a $25.00 cancellation fee if the reservation is cancelled more than 14 days before the scheduled arrival date.

If a reservation is cancelled less than 14 days before the scheduled arrival time, the innkeepers will diligently try to re-rent out the suite. If successful in re-renting out the suite for the original booking dates, the canceling guest will only be charged one night's base rent as a cancellation charge.

If the innkeepers are unable to re-rent out the cancelled suite, the canceling guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved, regardless of guests' actual arrival or departure date. A gift certificate to the Sierra Mountain Lodge will be sent to the canceling guests for the amount charged minus the first night's rent and a $25.00 per additional night cancellation fee.
