The Flow Retreat offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. They are an all-inclusive guided kayaking experience. The location is boat access only. With no roads or vehicles, this property provides an off the grid experience. Expect to find private cabin accommodations and hot outdoor showers. 

The Cabana Cafe offers soft seating and an outdoor kitchen. You can also find a cedar hot tub with ocean views. Experience seaside dinning that serves a variety of local cuisine. The white robes, linens and duvets add to the feeling of a wilderness spa. Read your book in one of the hammocks or walk one of the trails to watch the sun set. This retreat experience will not disappoint.
