Escalante National Monument offers a great camp location and sets you right in the middle of amazing lands to explore. This beautiful region is dominated by a high desert environment that is perfect for slot canyon hiking, bird watching along the Escalante River, or paleontology experiences searching for fossils.

Your private canvas tents can be set up with queen, twin, or bunk-bed configurations.   You will have fresh towels, private toilets, a hot shower and plenty of shade to enjoy your time around the camp.  Each camp is staffed with a camp manager, a chef and additional staff depending on the group size.  Each tent has its own separate private toilet tent with a flushing toilet and wash station.  Each camp also has a private shower with hot water on demand. 

In addition to your private tent there is a common area with games, books, charging stations and plenty of lounging furniture to give you a great place to relax.  All handcrafted and locally sourced meals can be served inside of our dining tent or al fresco.  Evening activities include sitting around the campfire, roasting s’mores or stargazing through our telescopes.

The camp's location at the Grand Canyon sits at the North Rim in the alpine forests amongst Ponderosa Pines and Aspen trees.  The elevation is higher than the South Rim offering cooler temperatures in the summer and great access to the park.  Your private guide can take you into the park to see the grandeur of this natural wonder and take advantage of many hiking opportunities either around the rim or down into the canyon itself.  The North Rim also boasts two of the best mountain biking trails in the area with the Rainbow Rim and the Arizona trail.

Lake Powell is constructed in side coves, secluded beaches and private islands. This lake has more coastline than the entire West coast of the U.S. so you can be sure your camp will be in a spectacular setting.  Your private guide can take you out paddle boarding or kayaking deep into slot canyons, hiking across amazing mesas or even rappelling through canyons to experience the thrilling sport of canyoneering.  Each night you will be rewarded with an incredible sunset over the lake and the surrounding Glen Canyon landscape.
