All canceled reservations received 15 or more days prior to arrival are subject to a 10% cancellation penalty.
Reservations canceled within 14 days of the scheduled arrival date are subject to a 100% penalty and are responsible for the entire stay and will forfeit all payments.

How Do I Get There?
When you reach Aljezur, there is one roundabout. There you must turn to Monchique and Marmelete. Just after 1km, turn right at the Casa Alva Turismo Rural sign. Please keep straight through the main road for 3km. By then you will see a sign saying "Monte Novo" to the right and "Trancão" to the left. Please go to the left. After 20m you will enter a gravel road. Keep going for another 200m. You will reach a sign saying Private Land, with an "A" sign on top. Please go ahead and follow the sign that says reception, you can stop at the temporary parking, near the reception to unload the luggage and check in.
