The airport code is STT (St. Thomas). Once you arrive, you can get a taxi and take the 5-minute ride to Crown Bay Marina. Once you arrive there, you need to call the campground and let us know which ferry you will take to Water Island. We will come down to pick you up if you call. We are not at every ferry!!
Beaches are within walking distance; town is a 10-minute ferry ride for day trips to St. Thomas or St. John.

Self-contained eco-tent-cottages set on pristine 500-acre Water Island – a secluded getaway where you can spend a quiet day looking out over the ocean from your cottage’s private terrace or take a leisurely five-minute walk down to Honeymoon Beach for some snorkeling and sun-bathing.
The cottages have either a queen bed or two twins beds ( which can be made into a king bed upon request) and all cottages have double futons.
The canvas eco-cottages offer a new and unique approach to the Caribbean vacation, giving you the comfort of a hotel room – electricity, comfortable beds, and clean linens – with the closeness to nature you feel when camping.
Cottages are nestled among lush foliage to offer ample privacy, with balmy trade winds and the sounds of the gentle surf below to lull you to sleep.
Located only steps from your eco-cottages you will find the bathhouse with modern and clean facilities for washing and showering. Keeping with the desire to be low impact the water for the sinks and showers is captured rainwater and heated by solar energy. The toilets use a gray water system and are very clean.
The Pavilion is the epicenter of the Virgin Islands Campground. It is here where you will do all of your cooking. It is outfitted with two full-sized refrigerators and ample storage cabinets for all of your dry goods. Each guest gets a set of dishes, cups, mugs, utensils and all cooking supplies for creating magnificent home-cooked meals. There is a gas grill, coffee maker, stovetop burners, a microwave oven and unlimited filtered water. The large picnic table makes it a great spot for socializing with your fellow lodgers, sharing a snack, sipping on a glass of wine as you watch the sunset over the Caribbean or playing a game of cards. No food goes to waste here. Guests pass along leftovers groceries upon leaving and there is also a storage bin full of spices, oils, and coffee.
