Truffle Lodge is located at Gretna, in the heart of the Derwent Valley.
It is an hours drive from the Hobart airport, and 45 minutes riverside drive from Hobart.
Driving - Leave Hobart for Launceston on the A1, left turn off at Bridgewater on to the A6, and follow this to Gretna.
The entrance to Truffle Lodge is at the immediate entrance to Gretna, on the left hand side, signed.

Styled to resemble an Aussie Bush Camp, it sits comfortably in its Australian landscape, with a fun overlay of Tales of the Arabian Nights meets Steampunk.
The spacious tents overlook the sparkling Derwent River, rich in platypus and trout. Guests can swim in some of the purest water on the planet, and raft or kayak down boisterous rapids through towering cliffs to meadows and farmland.
The tents are linked with timber walkways to the riverfront lodge, where luxurious lounges and wood fires await. Truffle Lodge's dining is based on local Tasmanian produce, and is supported with wines and beers, including some of the best produced locally in the Valley.
