All canceled reservations received 61 or more days prior to arrival are subject to a 10% cancellation penalty.
Reservations canceled within 60 days of the scheduled arrival date are subject to a 50% penalty of the entire stay.
Reservations canceled within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date are subject to a 100% penalty and are responsible for the entire stay and will forfeit all payments.

How Do I Get There?
Xanadu will arrange a transfer from the Zanzibar airport. You will be met off the plane by one of the private drivers with a sign board with your name on it.
View Google MapsSix unique and beautifully designed villas surround a central pool and dining area engulfed by an oasis of tropical gardens and palm trees, just meters from the beach. Xanadu can be taken exclusively, or the villas can be sold individually to couples or small families, allowing big family groups to have an extremely private and top-end retreat, while not pricing out the honeymoon couples on a budget.
Xanadu is on the South East side of Zanzibar which is a great stretch of beautiful white sand. They offer snorkeling, kayaking, beach biking, paddle boarding, sunset dhow cruises and spa treatments. Other activities such as scuba diving, tours of the island, or kite surfing are outsourced and can be arranged easily from Xanadu.
The cuisine, intimate private villa atmosphere and level of service is where Xanadu excels, and coupled with a beautiful design, it is hard to beat.
Xanadu offers all-inclusive packages however regular packages are not all-inclusive.
