All canceled reservations received 90 or more days prior to arrival are subject to a 10% cancellation penalty.
Reservations canceled within 89 days of the scheduled arrival date are subject to a $350 USD charge.
Helicopter Day Trips Cancellations
Helicopter day trips are pre-booked and cannot be changed at the guest’s request. If a guest is ill or if Mother Nature isn’t agreeable, Nimmo Bay will do their best to make up for the loss, however, there are no refunds for last-minute cancellations or changes.

How Do I Get There?
Nimmo Bay is accessible by floatplane or helicopter. Transportation from Port Hardy to Nimmo Bay is included.
At Nimmo Bay you define what it means to be brave. Enjoy a helicopter adventure as you soar over the treetops, en route to a picnic lunch next to a 10,000-year-old glacier. The intertidal cabins have red-peaked roofs and allow you to experience the rise and fall of the tide right beneath you. These four-room units have a comfortable living area, a washroom and two bedrooms; one with a king-sized bed and one with either a king or queen-sized bed.
In the green-peaked forest cabins, located beside the stream, you will fall asleep to the sound of the nearby cascading waterfall. These four-room units have a comfortable living area, a washroom and two bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed.
