When you arrive to Tulum, head to the beach road "Carretera Tulum - Boca Paila." After four kilometers, you will reach the beach road at a T. Take a right and keep your eyes open; the property will be the first resort on the left. First is the Beach Club and Restaurant entrance, and just 200 meters after, you'll arrive at the reception.

Power outlets exist in the wash area for those using electric shavers/hairdryers etc. The resort does not stock these items, so it's best you bring them along with you.
Power outlets in Tulum make use of the US-style plug design. All cabañas have simple power lighting and several candles. Some oceanfront cabañas are equipped with in-room power outlets. A charging station is available at the reception area for all your power needs. Simply leave your phone, laptop, or camera with the front desk team as long as needed. Free Wi-Fi is available in the hotel's reception area 24 hours per day and all day at the restaurant.
Each cabana comes complete with plush towels and bath products including a small bottle of shower gel and conditioner—all serviced daily by housekeeping.
In terms of pricing, the key distinguishing factors are whether your cabana has a private bathroom or makes use of the shared bathhouses, and whether it is located on the oceanfront or set slightly back in the gardens. All are very similar in size.
